Centauri Markets is a South African business with an Afrocentric focus, promoting local and foreign investor participation in the African financial ecosystem. We act as a Private Equity investor and Corporate Finance consulting firm, with an emphasis on Structured Products. Although Centauri is primarily based in South Africa, we have a presence in the U.K. and Canada. Our institutional investor network covers Africa, North America and continental Europe.

With a deep background in Corporate Advisory, Private Equity, Structured Products, M&A and equity/debt market trading, Centauri's principals have the experience and precise knowledge to deliver value to our corporate and institutional clients, driven by a culture which places emphasis on high ethical standards.

Centauri's experienced principals and associates have invested substantially in both public and private SMEs (Small to Medium Size Enterprises) and have led or assisted in the structuring and public quotation of companies across a broad range of industries.
